Description

We are seeking a motivated, accounting-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our dynamic investment management team. This role supports the oversight of a $1.3B diversified real estate portfolio across Canada and the United States on behalf of TELUS-sponsored defined benefit pension plans. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Portfolio Manager, Senior Consultant, and various internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of our real estate investment strategy.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, institutional investment, or related fields.
• Preferred experience in commercial real estate transactions, asset management, acquisitions, appraisal, development, leasing, or accounting.
• Solid understanding of the Canadian real estate market, with exposure to multiple asset classes and regional sub-markets.
