Real Estate Finance Attorney – CT or Remote

We are seeking an attorney to join our national commercial real estate lending practice. Candidates should have five to eight years of experience in commercial real estate primarily representing lenders. Preference for candidates with experience in lender representation in all asset classes (e.g. office, multi-family, retail, hospitality),  and experience with structured debt and secondary market (e.g. the buying and selling of loans). Knowledge of New York governing law, particularly New York lien law, and/or consolidation and assignments is preferred, as is admission to the NY and CT bar. Although we would prefer a candidate to work out of one of our Connecticut offices, we are flexible and we would consider applicants who prefer to work remotely. To apply, please click here.
