The Project Manager oversees planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This is a full-time position based in Clarinda, Iowa.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide execution and track progress.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project scope, risks, and deliverables, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout all phases.
• Lead meetings, provide updates, and ensure project transparency.
• Anticipate challenges, develop contingency plans, and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices.
• Support post-project evaluation to identify process improvements and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience managing projects in Home Improvement Industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities.
