We are recruiting a Commercial Broker to serve as a trusted real estate advisor in the Central VA market, connecting buyers and sellers through innovative auction strategies and traditional brokerage solutions. Commercial Broker Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $90K, plus commission

Commercial Broker Responsibilities:

• Lead market analysis to identify trends, valuations, and investment opportunities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, property owners, and investors
• Oversee the strategic listing, marketing, and positioning of commercial properties
• Negotiate and manage complex lease and sale transactions from start to close
• Ensure transaction documentation is accurate, compliant, and risk-aware
• Drive business development through networking, referrals, and market leadership
• Collaborate with leadership and mentor junior brokers

Commercial Broker Requirements:

• BS degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of commercial real estate broker experience and a successful track record of business transactions
• Virginia Real Estate Broker License required, and having surrounding State brokers' licenses is a plus
• CCIM designation or auction-based transaction experience preferred
• Through understanding of the commercial real estate market, laws and regulations, and best practices involved in real estate transactions
• Experience with MLS platforms, CRM systems, and advanced Microsoft Office
